We believe...

that kids can change the world,

one { special } day at a time.

That's why we're on a mission to reinvent the way families celebrate birthdays, mitzvahs, graduations and other special days.

By shifting the focus of these celebrations to include children giving instead of simply receiving, kids experience the joy of giving + gain confidence in their ability to make an impact on our world.

There are 74 million children in the United States under the age of 18 and every one of these children has a birthday.

This $925 million could:

Food

FEED 5 MILLION CHILDREN 3 MEALS

PER DAY FOR A YEAR

Water

PROVIDE 31 MILLION PEOPLE WITH

CLEAN WATER

Education

EDUCATE 12 MILLION CHILDREN FOR AN

ENTIRE SCHOOL YEAR

And so much more.

When kids give their day,

there is so much potential.

With our kids, we’ve chosen to give birthdays. By asking family and friends to donate to their birthday campaigns instead of giving gifts, our children (who are only 3 and 6 years old) have raised enough money in the past couple of years to educate nearly 100 children for a year in partnership with Pencils of Promise, the organization we chose to give our day to.

By doing something as simple as being willing to forego a new doll or truck, my kids have forever changed the lives of 100 children who would not otherwise have had access to an education. How amazing is that?!?
